1. Why are your prices cheaper than other companies?

We are not a broker, we are a private company with our own vehicles. This means we can provide low-cost prices to all our clients, we do not have to pay commissions to third parties.

2. How will I find my driver when I arrive at the airport?

When you arrive at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Please, be patient if your flight arrived before the scheduled time. If you do not find your driver, please call us or WhatsApp at +34692664998.

3. Are your transfers private or can I share?

We only offer private transfers, the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for you and your party.

4. Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats FREE of charge. They can easily be selected on our on-line booking form. If you prefer you can also bring your own child seats.

5. Are your vehicles insured?

All our vehicles are fully licensed and fully insured by the Spanish authorities, with passenger liability cover and strictly observe public license operating regulations.

6. If I book a private transfer, will the driver drop me off/pick me up to/from my hotel/apartment/private house, etc. or to/from a meeting point?

Yes, your driver will take you/pick you to/from the exact address you provide. Private transfers are a door-to-door service. If the drop off address is in a pedestrian street your driver will drop you off as close as possible.  If you have changed accommodation please contact us ASAP, so that your driver will be informed. 7. Has the cancellation of my transfer any cost?

Cancellations are free up to 48h prior to transfer. To cancel your booking, please get in touch by email.

We cannot guarantee any refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to transfer.

If the withdrawal-cancellation occurs within a period less than 48 hours before the first (or only) journey of the transfer you have reserved, no refund will be made.

8. How long will my driver wait for me once my flight is landed?

Your driver will wait for you up to one hour, so if you have problems with your luggage etc. and need more time, please call us or WhatsApp at +34692664998 and your driver will try to wait for you. We would strongly recommend you to switch on your mobile phone once your flight is landed. 

9. Will my driver wait for me even if my flight is delayed?

All flights are constantly monitored by our drivers. Normally he/she will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, but please note that it is possible that she/he has other transfers and that your transfer must be rearranged, in which case it is possible that you need to wait for another driver.
